The crew they sent over was David Ralph and Zack Tampa Bay area, all professional gentlemen, cleaned up after themselves, assisted me with anything I needed while they were here, and did the job in 5 hours flat. Very positive experience with Doan Plumbing
Based on numerous positive customer reviews, I called Johnny Doan Plumbing on Tuesday afternoon, February 25, 2025, when I discovered my 12-year-old A. O. Smith water heater had started leaking. I spoke with Emily, who was very pleasant and answered all my questions, including their price for installation of a new water heater (also A. O. Smith, but a much better model) and removal of my old one. (Their price was $300 less than I was quoted by the company who had installed my old water heater, for a model I suspect was a lower grade.) Doan's experienced (and very polite) technician, Jordan, arrived as promised just after 9 a.m. the next morning and had the new water heater installed within a few hours. I was at home, and he kept me informed throughout the installation process, particularly when he had to turn off the water coming into the house and when he was ready to turn it back on. Later that day and the next morning, my hot water was very cloudy, so I called Emily. She arranged for Jordan to return within the next two hours to diagnose the issue, which he quickly solved by flushing out the water heater. My overall experience with Doan Plumbing was very positive, and I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

We had a main line blockage, and I had never had to call a plumber in the 23 years that I have lived here. Sam (if that's his real name, ha ha) was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! He located the drain clean-out in my flower bed in less than 5 minutes. It had been buried for all these years. He was able to snake out the clog and saved us a little money by doing it that way. He was excellent at his job! I will use Johnny Doan Plumbing for any of my future plumbing needs. Thank you so much, Sam!

Extremely Skilled and Professional Crew
I would just like to say that these guys are now my new plumber. The installer was run by Raphael and his crew. My house was extremely difficult, and these guys came in and knew exactly what to do and were extremely skilled. My house is an old build and in the old neighborhood, and it was a very difficult house to work with. These guys went above and beyond to make things work. I can't stress enough how much skill and talent is in this crew that came out to repipe my house.
They did so well that I will be calling them as soon as I look to do my sewage line. I would have no problem recommending them with zero hesitation. The attention to detail and the quality is above and beyond what I expected.
The crew was extremely professional, extremely polite. I have PTSD from the war, but these guys did everything they could to help keep me calm and comfortable. They were a pleasure to have in my home, were clean, dressed professionally, did everything they could to minimize the amount of damage that had to be done to get to running the pipes, and were the politest, nicest people I've had the pleasure of having in my home.
If you need somebody to do some quality work, I would highly recommend having them do the repipe, and ask for the really good crew. I just can't say enough good things about the work that they did.
